Background: WTOP-TV is a channel affiliated to CBS, that takes place in Washington D.C. and it's the one and only channel 9. But, in 1978, the initial was changed into WDVM-TV. WDVM-TV initial was short lived for 7 years, which changes to its current initial that is WUSA-TV. This channel didn't had a logo until in 1954.

Logo: On a really dark background, we see WTOP-TV, seperated into 4 colors, Blue, Orange, Pink, and Yellow, coming out of nowhere. and makes it into white WTOP-TV. Then, the 9's circle around while doing the same. and the "WASHINGTON, D.C." comes roll up to make it look like this:

Last of all, WTOP-TV fades or stops, and the background goes black again.

FX/SFX: The words moving, the 9 spinning, text roll up.

Music/Sounds: A synth beeps, with a playful-ish music.

Availability: Very Rare. Was shown on Eyewitness News during the block, which is still active. Also, unknown if it's seen.
