1st Logo
(March 4, 1997-January 11, 2006)

Nicknames: "Father and Son", "The Giggle"

Steven Leviton Prods. (1999-2006)

Logo On a black background, we see a boxed live-action scene of a man and the little boy playing together. The man (believed to be the father) suspends the boy up in the air for about two seconds and brings him down and repeats it once again. Below the video, the text reads:

Steven Levitan Prods.
in association with
in white text.

Variant:
On some shows, "In Association With" is absent.

FX/SFX:
It's all live-action. This scene certainly looks like its been taken from the 60s-70s.

Music/Sounds
:
A 10-note clarinet tune followed by the child's giggle. Another version has a 5-note clarinet theme followed by a two-note guitar tune and then the child's giggle. Yet another version is an abridged version of the second theme, where the two-note guitar tune is excluded. Sometimes, the end theme plays over it.

Availability:
Can be seen on most Steven Levitan-produced shows such as Just Shoot Me, Stark Raving Mad, Oliver Beene, and Stacked, the latter of which can be seen on Hulu.com and DVD.

Editor's Note:
None.

Trivia: The people in the video in the logo was (probably) Steven Levitan's father and Steven as a baby, and was from an old memory shot on film.
