Background: Starling Films is a DVD outlet that existed around 2004-2005 that put out DVDs with weird edits of old theatrical shorts. They changed the titles, added some "special effects", cut some scenes out, added new sound effects, etc. According to their website, they are located in Texas.

Availability: Rare. Seen mainly on Popeye and Looney Tunes DVDs. Appeared on "Bugs Bunny! That Wacky Rabbit" DVD release, as one DVD with "Ham Nite" as well.
