Background: Pitbull Syndicate Ltd. was founded in 1996 in Newcastle, UK. In 2005, it was purchased by Midway and renamed to "Midway Studios Newcastle". After the parent company went bankrupt in 2009, the studio in Newcastle was dismissed. Several employees created Pitbull Studio, saving the name.
1st Logo
(1997-2000)
Logo: We see a circle divided into black and white sections, with the word, "pitbull" attached to the right side. "SYNDICATE" is seen underneath. A head of pitbull takes place inside the circle. The logo zooms in and flickers twice.
Music/Sounds: Dog's growling and barking sounds in the moments when the logo flickers. On Test Drive 4 (The first game to have this logo) the logo is silent.
Availability: Appeared on Demolition Racer, Blast Radius, Big Air and most commonly, on Test Drive 4, 5 and 6. Even though Pitbull Syndicate developed it, this logo doesn't appear on Test Drive Off-Road 2/Test Drive 4X4,it just has the Accolade logo and nothing else.

FX/SFX: The logo flickers.

2nd Logo

Logo: We see rectangle with angry dog muzzle inside and "PSL" written in compressed font. The logo zooms out, and the name is already written below, reading "PITBULL SYNDICATE LIMITED".
Music/Sounds: Same as before.
Availability: Only seen on TD Overdrive: The Brotherhood of Speed (Or simply Test Drive in North America) after the Atari logo.

Logo: We see an animated pit bull running in gray somewhere. Then the view switches to hanging tire with the studio name written on it. The dog comes and tries jumping to the tire a few times. After a while, the dog grabs the tire, but the rope breaks and the tire falls down, ending the logo abruptly.
Music/Sounds: A loud rock tune which ends abruptly, like the animation.
Availability: Appeared on the demo of L.A. Rush and can be found on final release. The studio was eaten by Midway while working on the game and it was released under Midway Newcastle brand.
2nd Logo

FX/SFX: Only zooming.
Music/Sounds: Same as before.
