Background: PGHM Productions was Joan Rivers' production company, that only produced two talks shows she hosted: The Joan Rivers Show in syndication, and Joan Rivers' Gossip! Gossip! Gossip! on the USA Network. PGHM stood for "Please God Help Me".

Trivia: The dog in the logo was Spike, Joan Rivers' pet Yorkshire Terrier.

FX/SFX: The dog's lower jaw moves as it barks, and the halo above the dog's head twinkles.

Music/Sounds: The dog barking, the twinkle sound effect as the halo twinkles.
