Note: From 1994-1997, Turner Home Entertainment distributed PBS material, so the Turner warning screen was attached to PBS's product for some time. Also, the Warner Bros. FBI warning was attached to PBS's video releases when Warner Home Video was the distributor for PBS Home Video until 2004, when Paramount Home Entertainment took over distribution.
1st Warning
(1989-1994)

2nd Warning
(1997-)
Warning: On a black background we see a red square with the white FBI letters in a somewhat thin font and the blue FBI logo below the letters at the top left. On the right and bottom of the logo we see the generic warning text in white. This was also used as one of the DVD warning screens for HBO Video.
SFX: None.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Used for PBS DVD releases.
Scare Factor: Low to Medium, like most FBI warnings of this kind. The thin font for "FBI" is an eyesore to look at.
