Nickname: "The DOS Mr. Video Logo"
Logo: On a space background with the planet on the upper left corner, after a few seconds, a white outlined man with a top hat with the VHS-shaped object he's holdingzooms in. The words, been split, zooms to the left "Mr. Video." Then the same words, but with the gray square, flips behind. Aftera few seconds later, everything goes backwards, then the logo fades out.
FX/SFX: The man zooming in, the words, and then everything backwards.
Cheesy Factor: Breaks the scale. This looks like something done on a Commodore 64 or DOS computer, and the music is terribly produced.
Music/Sounds: A synthesizer fanfare.
Availability: Can be seen on vintage adult titles for the time in Poland.
Scare Factor: Minimal to low, the design may surprise some.
