Background:

1st Logo
(1992-1994)

Logo: On a black background, we see the words "FRANKLIN" and "WATERMAN appearing with the lightning rod coming down and is placed in between the words. It flashes as the box on top appears, showing us a man with black glasses raises his hands with victory as the camera zooms out and the lightning flashes.

Variants:
  • On Catwalk, the additional words appear underneath the company's name, "MARVELLOUS TELEVISION." Also, the box isn't shown.
Trivia: The animation was actually recycled from the theme song of Stunt Dawgs. The character featured here was Richard P. Fungus.

FX/SFX: Cartoon animation. The lightning.

Music/Sounds: A swish followed by a lightning strike. Sometimes it's the closing theme.

Availability: Seen on Catwalk, Stunt Dawgs, and the early episodes of High Tides.

2nd Logo
(1994-1996)

Logo: On a black background, we see the same animation from before, but this time, the words read "FRANKLIN" and "WATERMAN 2". As the lightning rod places between the words, there's a flash and we see the 3D outline of the number 2 in the background.

FX/SFX: The words, and the lightning.

Music/Sounds: The electric guitar and drums. On Mutant League, the closing theme.

Availability: Seen on High Tides and Mutant League.

3rd Logo
(1996-1999)

Logo: We see the 1st logo, but it's placed in the center, and it glows with the additional word "WORLDWIDE."

Variants:
  • On Born Free: The New Adventures, the words underneath is shown "in association with THE KUSHNER-LOCKE COMPANY."
  • On Mike Hammer: Private Eye, it's used an in-credit text first, then shown like the 1st logo.
  • On The New Adventures of the Jungle Book, the logo is shown underneath the Wolfcrest Entertainment logo.
FX/SFX: The lightning, glowing.

Music/Sounds: The sound of the lightning strike.

Availability: Seen on Born Free: The New Adventures, Mike Hammer: Private Eye, and The New Adventures of the Jungle Book.
