Background: DROID is a brand that was used to market Android phones on Verizon Wireless. The brands that worked on DROID phones were Motorola and HTC.
Motorola Droid

Logo: On a black background the wordmark "DROID" writes in white. Dots appear around the characters from ripples. The letters surrounding the "O" fade out and the remaining dot moves into the "O". The same letter moves to the centre to the dot to fit in. A red light flare then appears and it transforms into a red alarm light, representing a robotic eye. Its light shows the dark wall background it is in. Red LED streaks are seen wiping next to the pupil of the alarm light.
FX/SFX: TBA
Music/Sounds: Just a vocoder saying "DROID"; this would be used for the remaining Droid animations described below.
Availability: Seen on original Motorola DROID units.
