(in a rather ugly 70's sign font) and a bingo card background with visible numbers. The words DISTRIBUTED BY fade in above the card. Three more sets of two blue chyron trails zoom past us above and below the screen (at set intervals) for the remainder of the logo.
FX/SFX: The lasers moving throughout the logo; the large chyron trails zooming past us four times (separately, through the duration of the logo); the card flipping up and spinning in; and DISTRIBUTED BY fading in above the card.
Music/Sounds: An upbeat yet ominous synth theme.
Availability: Rare. Appears on VHS copies of Mansion of the Doomed and Mitchell.
