Background: This was a short-lived special interest video distributor owned by the Madison Square Garden Corporation, back when MSG was owned by Gulf+Western (and later on, Paramount Communications). Its releases were distributed through Paramount Home Video. The company went defunct in 1994 when Paramount Communications was purchased by Viacom, who sold MSG to Cablevision (now Altice USA).

Logo: On a periwinkle background, the text "madison square garden" and "HOME VIDEO" turns upwards, and then turns to the center, the logo shines, and under it is the byline "A Gulf + Western Company" or "A Paramount Communications Company" fades-in below.

FX/SFX: Everything in CGI.

Music/Sounds: A dramatic piano/xylophone tune, with whooshing.

Availability: Rare. It appeared on a Westminster's Kennel Club Dog Care Guide VHS.
