1st Logo
(2000-2001)
LTI Gray Matter (2001)
Logo: On a black background, 3 thunderbolts strike the screen twice, causing the screen to flash each time. This results in electricity running over a grey pulsating brain, which starts off black but slowly fades in. The thunderbolts then strike again, but this time below the brain and reveals "GRAY MATTER" in Papyrus, with electricity also running over it. The background then brightens to reveal a mass of machinery as well as "LTI" in a black Papyrus font (the same as "GREY MATTER") behind the text. The thunderbolts then strike the brain again, causing it to shine brightly and engulf the screen in white.

FX/SFX: The thunder and electricity, the logo brightening.

Cheesy Factor: Very limited animation, plus the brain looks more like pulsating slime.

Music/Sounds: Halloween-like music, with thunderclapping sounds as the brain appears, and lab-like sounds when the background appears.

Availability: Seen on the PC ports of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2, Matt Hoffman's Pro BMX and Spider-Man.

Editor's Note: None.

2nd Logo
(2002-2007)
LTI Gray Matter (2002)
Logo: In a dark lab, several pieces of equipment are seen, some generating electricity. In the center is a grey brain rotating in a jar filled with green liquid. The camera slowly zooms towards it as electricity flows from tubes and surrounds the jar, causing the brain to get covered in black goo for a second. The electricity then runs through it again, causing the black to become translucent bar the bottom half. Both times have the screen flash before it becomes executed. The brain then stops rotating and it slowly throbs, as the lab fades to a black background with a soft glow around it, as well as "LTI GRAY MATTER" in a 3D Papyrus font (same as before). A ring of electricity then passes through the text.

FX/SFX: The brain spinning, the electricity moving.

Music/Sounds: Spooky music, with electrical buzzing sounds.

Availability: Seen on X2: Wolverine's Revenge, Jade Empire:Special Edition, and other later games, for PC only.

Editor's Note: None.
