Background: Green Star is Polish record label that produces disco polo music on CDs. They also used to produced disco polo VHS tapes from around the mid-90s towards the late-90s.

1st Logo

Logo: A black screen transfers us to a rainbow background via "swirly" effect. Then the text "green star" (on the right) and a green 6-point star (on the left) transitioning in front of the background also via "swirly" effect. Then a big yellow G then is transitioning behind the star and text, also the being same "swirly"transition as the text and background. Then background transitions into seven other various rainbow backgrounds. First, a rainbow background with what appears to be piles of hair covering up the screen, then a blue-purple-red color scale background, then another rainbow background similar to the one a couple of backgrounds ago but with less hair and also what appears to be like cracks, then a cyan-pink-red color scale background, then a blue-pink-red color scale background with lots of cracks on the screen, then a black-yellow-red color scale background with what appears to be looks like children playing at the park, then finally a dark green-blue-purple-bright yellow color scale background. After the last background transitions, the entire thing zooms out via "flipping" effect to reveal the same green star logo but in a black background. Then the logo also zooms out also via "flipping" effect.

Closing Variant: A closing variant exists where the Green Star quickly comes out from the bottom on a black background and stays there for around 25 seconds.

FX/SFX: The swirly and flipping transitions.

Music/Sounds: There is a clicking noise every time the animation transitions.

CAUTION: Do not call the phone number listed in the logo, as it is not in service.

Logo: On a psychedelic background consisting of a radial multicolored wheel along with various arrows that are also multicolored, both of which also flash in different colors throughout the lapse of the logo. "GREEN STAR" in green, and "PRZEDSTAWIA" in yellow fade and stay on the screen for a few seconds. The name and "PRZEDSTAWIA" then fade out to the title of the feature program, "Koncert roku 1998", with "czesc 1" on the bottom-right. Everything then fades out and we see an information screen showing the location and phone number of the company, then to the warning screen.

FX/SFX: The layered arrows and the strange color wheel background spinning slowly.

Music/Sounds: A disco polo fanfare in which sounds like a cheerful 90s children's theme.

Availability: Only seen on both Volume <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7k555nkNdiM&t=11s" target="_self">1</a> and <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qB7rBSTS3m8" target="_self">2</a> of Tele Hity '99 VHS tape; both can be found on YouTube.

Logo: On a black background, we see a G with a green deformed star in the middle along with the green text above GREEN and the green text below STAR MUSIC, while all of it is in a yellow box.

Variant:

  • The size of the logo can vary in many of their music videos.
  • On Mój Aniele, the box outside of the logo is outlined in white.
  • On Już za późno, the text "music" is omitted and the background is replaced with blurry footage of a highway at night.
  • On Jeszcze Tego Nie Wiem, the logo is just like the highway variant expect that the logo is transparent and the background is footage of trees which appears to be taken from an up-view of someone's bike.
  • On Gorąco, the logo transitions differently while zooming in and then transitions while zooming out in a way like if the logo got sucked into something.
  • On Piękna cyganko, the logo is in a white background instead of black and the logo lacking a yellow box and animated with the start having the logo zooming out and then glitches a little while then fading out in horizontal ripple like pattern.

FX/SFX: The logo fading in and out.

Music/Sounds: None. For the Piękna cyganko variant, ambience and reverb glitch noises can be heard.

Availability: Seen on Disco Polo videos produced by Green Star which can be seen on their official YouTube channel.

FX/SFX: The camera panning around, the various colorful lines forming the logo and website byline. Compared to all the other logos, this looks like great CGI for a Polish disco polo label.

Music/Sounds: Some ambience and eerie clicking/crawling noises can be heard.

Availability: Only seen on music videos that are produced by Respect Media such as Twój Jeden Szept, Dziś Ci To Powiem, and Bierz Mnie.
