Logo: On a black background, blue half-diagonal lines with the words "FILMCONTRACT" and "LTD." wipe in by a white portion while they move in from the sides and join into each other. The glow of the white portions then dims out.

FX/SFX: Primitive animation (for the era), and stolen music.

Music/Sounds: The rearranged fanfare from the WFDiF logo at the time.

Availability: Very rare. Spotted on a Polish movie called Nigdy nie mow nigdy, and other releases during the 2000's.
