Background: In 1998, Hasbro acquired intellectual property of Atari Corporation, thus setting up Atari Interactive division. In 2001, when Hasbro was purchased by Infogrames, the division name vanished, but Infogrames finally resurrected it in 2003 to use instead of its own name.
