Background: Watch With Mother was a black and white British children's series that ran from 1950 to 1966. The show consisted of several different serials, one for every day of the week. The show is considered a classic children's TV show in Great Britain and has been released on VHS many times, including a "Very Best Of..." re-release. On VHS releases, this logo usually occurs after a variant of BBC Video's first logo (Rainbow Parallelograms) which was originally in black and white.

(Note: This video was recorded from a videotape, which was started at the very beginning of the tape to show the date it was made. Because of this the Copyright notice text doesn't begin until about the 40 second mark.)

Logo:
On a black background, we see a white flower, which blooms into the words "WATCH WITH MOTHER".
FX/SFX: The flower blooming.
Music/Sounds: A toy piano playing a scale.
Cheese Factor: None really, this is a very nice logo for the time, although it of course looks very outdated now.
Availability: Ultra rare, can be found on Watch with Mother shows (like Andy Pandy and Flower Pot Men) on the Internet Archive website.
Scare Factor: None to medium. This is a childhood favorite for some Brits.
