 Logo: On a white BG, we see the following text in dark blue:

It looks similar to what you see here. After a few seconds, "MUSIC VIDEO" fades out, and copyright warning text scrolls upward. "MUSIC VIDEO" then fades back in.

FX/SFX: The fading and scrolling text.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: This can be seen on Canadian and Australian releases of music videos.
