Background: VCA Pictures (a.k.a.Video Company of America) is an American pornographic film production and distribution company, founded by Russ Hampshire. Throughout the 1970s and 80s VCA produced big budget, plot-oriented feature films. VCA continues to release films to this day.

2nd Logo
(1980's)


Nickname: "Flashing VCA"

Logo: On a black background, we see the letters "VCA" with silver outline flash in one-by-one with yellow streaks. The word "Pictures" in yellow neon script font is written under it. "Pictures" shines all over.

FX/SFX: The writing and shining.

Music/Sounds: A synth rock-like tune with 3 pings when "VCA" flashes and an ascending synth chord when "Pictures" writes in. A female announcer says "This is a VCA Pictures presentation." near the end.

Availability: Seen on old copies of The Devil in Miss Jones Pt. 2.
