Background: Swingin' Ape was a short-lived independent video game company founded by Steve Ranck, Mike Starich and Scott Goffman in 2000 after they left Midway Home Entertainment. The studio only made one game: Metal Arms 2: A Glitch in the System, which was ported tomany different platforms, including the GameCube, the PlayStation, and the Xbox until it was acquired by Blizzard Entertainment in 2005.

Logo: On a white background, a cartoon monkey pops up from the bottom of the screen. It starts swinging around the screen on a vine, sporting different outfits every time it passes by. Finally the monkey slams into the screen and lands on a circle, still holding the vine. The text "Swingin' Ape" pops in above the circle, and "Studios" pops in below.

FX/SFX: None.

Music/Sounds: A violin sting when the monkey first appears, followed by a fast drum beat accompanied by monkey noises. There's a cymbal crash when the circle appears.
