FX/SFX: All CGI.
Cheesy Factor: The bear's hand waving is stiff.
Music/Sounds: Silent.
Availability: Ultra rare. So far only seen on Season 3 of ReBoot.
Scare Factor: Minimal. The cheesy animation of the bear along with the darkness and silence may get a few but it's not meant to be creepy.
