Background: Neo Software Produktions was a German development studio. It was acquired by Take-Two in 2001, while working on Max Payne port. This game was the last one to have the old logo. In 2003 Neo Software was renamed Rockstar Vienna, but closed abruptly during the development of Manhunt 2 in 2006.
