Notes:
  • The background color actually varies depending on what Cartoon Classics VHS tape you have.
  • This does not appear on Canadian releases. Instead, they have the white text saying "JOIN THE KID VIDEO CLUB MEMBERSHIP CARD ENCLOSED" on the back.
