Background: MF Productions was the vanity label of executive producer Michael Filerman, which this company has worked on are the 1980-1982 NBC series Flamingo Road and co-produced Falcon Crest with Amanda Productions (known for The Waltons) as Amanda & MF Productions. By 1985, Michael Filerman joined up with Roundelay Productions (known for Knots Landing) to form Roundelay-MF Productions. All productions from the company were also co-produced with Lorimar Productions.

Logo: Just in-credit text that says "A MF PRODUCTION" and under it in smaller letters "In Association with" (both in Peignot font).

FX/SFX: None.


Music/Sounds
: The closing theme of the movie.

Availability: Only seen in the 1980 TV pilot movie Flamingo Road.

2nd Logo
(January 6, 1981-May 4, 1982?)

Nicknames: "MF", "Neon Sign", "Glow in the Dark Sign"

Logo: In a black background, there's a stylized "MF" in yellow-green neon lettering with the text "AN MF PRODUCTION IN ASSOCIATION WITH" under it.

FX/SFX: None.

Music/Sounds: The closing theme of the show.

Availability: Extinct. This was only seen in the 1981-1982 TV series Flamingo Road, which was last rerun on the Goodlife TV Network (currently YouToo America) from 2003 to 2004.

Final Note: In 1985, when Michael Filerman joined Roundelay Productions, the "MF" from the 2nd logo was added to Roundelay's logo.
