Background: MGM Interactive is the software division of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, formed in 1995. Its first video game was Wirehead for Sega CD and their last release was the Rocky game Rocky Balboa. The name would be phased out after 2005 and
future games based on MGM licenses would use the standard MGM logos.

It first appeared on Wirehead for Sega CD and alongside 007 games (except for GoldenEye 007 and James Bond 007, as both games were published and distributed by Nintendo), this logo also appeared on Machine Hunter, WarGames: Defcon 1, Rocky, The Great Escape,RoboCop (2003) and Rocky Legends.
