Gone in 60 Seconds (2000):
After the logo forms, the animation plays backwards segueing into the film.

Kangaroo Jack (2003): Three kangaroos can briefly be seen crossing the road. After the logo is formed, the sun moves across the logo, transitioning to the opening credits.

Veronica Guerin (2003): Instead of regular animation, we only see clouds moving in the logo and the tree already being formed.

Glory Road (2006): The logo is cut short. Then, the animation plays backwards segueing into the film.

Déja Vù (2006):
The logo plays normally until halfway when it plays in reverse. After that, it plays normally.

National Treasure: Book of Secrets (2007):
Everything else in the logo fades out except the tree, which stays in its place during the opening scene.

On the trailer, the animation is in warp-speed. When the lightning strikes, the logo turns sepia and a curve of light comes from the right side of the screen. The logo fades out.

G-Force (2009):
Hurley (guinea pig from the movie) runs along the road, falls off the logo, and runs off scared when the tree is struck by lightning.

The Sorcerer's Apprentice (2010): When the logo is finished, it gets swept away by a blue fog to reveal the text "Britain 740 AD."

The road is replaced with a train track. Also, the logo is slightly sped up.
