Lord of the Flies (1990): The logo begins in almost complete silence. The volume of the jingle rises as the beam emitting from the lighthouse comes towards the audience, peaks when the name appears, and drops as the beam moves away from us. There is also a twinkling sound on the second to last note.

Misery (1990): The bottom is a dark blue color. This is only on some prints of the movie.

City Slickers (1991): The regular theme echos a bit at the end before cutting to black. Only seen on the original video releases as current prints plaster this with the 1994 logo with the AOL Time Warner byline.

Honeymoon in Vegas (1992): There is a white aura around the lighthouse.
__________________________________________________________________________________

Malice (1993):
The logo fades out earlier than usual.

But Seriously... (1993): The full logo animation plays as normal, but the theme is shortened, starting on the last few piano notes before going into the synth part.

Barcelona (1994):
Same as the Malice variant, but this time, the logo's theme is used as it fades to black. The last movie to use the 1989 logo.

Seinfeld (The Betrayal) (1997) (TV): The logo plays backwards, tying in with the episode's plot and delivery, with the music playing forwards.
__________________________________________________________________________________

Mickey Blue Eyes (1999): The darkness seen at the beginning is violet.

Dreamcatcher (2003):
The Castle Rock Entertainment lighthouse beams its light through snow.
