Background: Format Films was founded in 1959 by Herbert Kynn with Jules Engel as a vice president, Bob McIntosh and Joseph Mugnaini. The studio produced the opening of the first season of The Twilight Zone, The Alvin Show, the infamous Wile E Coyote and Road Runner cartoons by Rudy Larriva, The Long Ranger, among others. They closed in 1962, but reopened in 1965 as Format Productions.

red, yellow and blue, on a peach-colored (or white) rectangle on the left. On the right, we see a black square with the words:

PRODUCED BY------

FORMAT

-----FILMS

on it. It's also pronounced "4-mat Films" or Four-Mat Films.

Variant:
The early variant of this logo is in black and white.

FX/SFX/Cheesy Factor: None.

Music/Sounds: The end theme of the show.

Availability: Extinct; only seen on The Alvin Show.
However, this could be found on The Very First Alvin Show. It did not appear in the 2015 Alvin Show DVD.

Scare Factor: Low to medium; the black background could cause some scares.
