Background: Eyemark Entertainment was the television production/distribution company arm of CBS after Westinghouse Electric bought CBS.
it was formed by merging Group W Productions with CBS Enterprises and a smaller syndication company called MaXaM Entertainment (which signed a deal with Atlantis Films for PSI Factor). In 2000, it was folded into King World after King World merged with CBS. Currently, NBCUniversal owns The George Michael Sports Machine and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is currently owned by Fred Wolf Films with DVD rights licensed to Lionsgate Home Entertainment. As for the rest of the series, they're currently owned by ViacomCBS and distributed by CBS Television Distribution.

Nicknames: "CGI Eyemark", "CGI CBS Eyemark"

Logo: On a black background, the CBS eye, in its design from the 1995 CBS Video logo, appears on the left side of the screen while the word "EYE" zooms out from the right side followed by "MARK", both in bold gray lettering. We later see a shining wipe effect while the word "Entertainment" in
non-bold Helvetica font fades in and zooms out. The byline "A Unit of CBS Enterprises" appears underneath "Entertainment".

Trivia: This logo co-existed with the 1995 CBS Broadcast International logo.

  • A long version exists. The long version starts off with the same animation as CBS Broadcast International. Later, the Eyemark logo would later zoom off to the left while the rest of the animation takes place.
  • There is a shorter version that starts when the company name appears.

FX/SFX: The words appearing and zooming.

Music/Sounds: A much shorter version version of the 1995 CBS Broadcast International logo that starts off with the last portion of the piano keys while the rest of the theme plays.

Music/Sounds Variants:
  • Sometimes, it has a much longer version that was also shared with CBI.
  • Sometimes, the logo theme fades out before the logo finishes.

Availability: Ultra rare.
  • It appeared on Martha Stewart Living, Bob Vila's Home Again, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The George Michael Sports Machine, and Caroline in the City, among others.
  • It was retained on syndicated prints of Caroline in the City on TV Guide Network (now Pop).
  • When PSI Factor was reran on Sci Fi (now Syfy), this logo was plastered by the 1999 King World logo.
It's preserved on video releases of The Sports Illustrated for Kids Show (retitled Sports Illustrated Kids Video).

Editor's Note: None.
