Background: Dreamchaser is a production company founded by Ned O'Hanlon in 1990.

1st logo

Logo:This animated logo begins with a machine coming down from the left side of the screen and going across to spell the word dreamchaser. With each letter placed there is a flash of light coming from the machine. After the letter r is placed, the machine exits the screen to the right.

FX/SFX:The machine dropping down and moving across the screen to spell the word, the light coming from the machine.

Music/Sounds:Various factory sounds including a train whistle, film reel(?), and machinery noises.

Music/Sounds Variants: On The Cranberries: Beneath the Skin Live in Paris, the sounds are high-pitched.

Availability: Uncommon. This was only seen on The Cranberries: Beneath the Skin Live in Paris, andU2: Elevation 2001 Live from Boston. This also appeared on U2: The Best of 1990-2000.

Logo: On a grayish screen, we see a gray lowercase D, with a grayC (resembling a copyright symbol) next to it. Under them is a red line. Below the logo, is text that reads
" A DREAMCHASER PRODUCTION
FOR
DEFINITELY MAYBE TOURING LTD."
