Background: Delta Leisure Group is a British company whose origins come from the defunct American company Delta Entertainment. Originally formed in Los Angeles, California, Delta Entertainment distributed videos and music. Delta fell into shambles in 2007 after a lawsuit, and filed for bankruptcy. Its UK branch, on the other hand, continues to run and was later spun-off into its current name.

1st Logo
(2002-2007)Delta Leisure Group (UK) - CLG Wiki

Nickname: "The Blue Square"

Logo: On a black background, a blue rectangle with a line expanding to the right and a lowercase D inside it, is seen sliding to the left. As it slides to the center, the letters "elta" flash in from the D, forming "delta". The word "entertainment" contracts into place and the logo turns refined. The logo shines.

FX/SFX: The rectangle sliding, the flashing.

Music/Sounds: Same as the LaserLight Digital logo.

Availability: Very rare. Seen on many children's DVD releases from the era, such as DVDs for Mr. Men.

Editor's Note: None.

2nd Logo
(2007-2014)

Nickname: "The D Circle"

Logo: On a blue background, a sky blue ball with a white, lowercase D to the side zooms out. A line appears and the word "DELTA" tilts into place. "LEISURE GROUP PLC" then fades in.

FX/SFX: The ball zooming out.

Music/Sounds: A long synth note with a synth drone.

Availability: Uncommon.

Editor's Note: None.

3rd Logo
(2014-)

Nickname: "The D Circle II"

Logo: On a black/navy blue background, many white streaks are seen drawing and zooming out. A white flash happens and the logo from before, but now shinier, the name in blue and the line in light blue, and "PLC" being replaced with "LTD", turns into place as the white streaks disappear. The name turns white.

FX/SFX: The white streaks and turning.

Music/Sounds: Same as the 2nd logo.

Availability: Current.

Editor's Note: None.
