(October 24, 1997-1999)Decode Entertainment (1999)

Nickname: "Unknown Decode"

Logo: On a white background, we see the words "DECODE Entertainment Inc." in blue. "DECODE" is in a royal blue American Typewriter font and the "Entertainment" font is a font similar to Comic Sans. The "DECODE" text's light swirls and the "Entertainment" is shooting out light rays.

FX/SFX: CGI animation.

Music/Sounds: The ending theme of the show or silence.

Availability: Very rare. It was last seen on the first 13 episodes of Rainbow Fish on HBO Family, as well as the first season of Freaky Stories. Also appeared on Watership Down and Weird-Oh's.

2nd Logo

Decode Entertainment (2001)Decode Entertainment (2005)

Nicknames: "TV Static", "Cute Robot Head"

Logo: On a screen filled with TV static, a bunch of symbols (!@#$%^&*) forms the word "DECODE". Then on the lower left corner on the screen, a yellow robot head with one eye and an antenna as well as transmission symbols appears, smiles, and blinks.

Variant: On many shows, a copyright stamp appears next to the robot.

FX/SFX: The "symbols" writing, and the robot head appearing and blinking.

Music/Sounds: A TV static sound, but on most of its shows, the ending theme plays over.

Availability: Uncommon. Their output isn't reran on TV that often (at least in the U.S). Can be seen on Franny's Feet on Sprout and V-me. Also seen on Angela Anaconda, The Naughty Naughty Pets, The Zack Files, Naturally Sadie, Dudson, Olliver's Adventures, Our Hero, The Save-Ums, Chop Socky Chooks, Radio Free Roscoe, and later episodes of Watership Down, just to name a few.

3rd Logo
(September 3, 2007-2010)

Nickname: "Cute Robot Head II"
Decode Entertainment (Canada) - CLG Wiki
Logo: On a blue background, the robot head from before bounces on text. The text says "DECODE Entertainment Inc.". The robot gets catapulted on the "t" and the text is revealed with the DHX Media byline, with the robot head next to it.

Variant: There was a longer version, which had the robot head walking on the letters as opposed to jumping. Once he gets to an "I", his antenna gets stuck, which sends him jumping and the animation continuing as usual.

FX/SFX: The robot head.

Music/Sounds: The ending theme.

Availablity: Uncommon. Appears on Super Why! on PBS Kids and Animal Mechanicals, when it last aired on The Hub. The longer version is even rare, only appearing on Pirates: Adventures in Art so far. Sometimes, this logo gets plastered by the DHX Media logo. It was also seen on The Latest Buzz, Clang Invasion, and the second season of Planet Sketch.
