Here's a description of how local 1995 CBS' affiliates' IDs were animated, at least from what can be seen in the "You're On" demo (on Dailymotion and YouTube):

WCBS in New York City, New York

On a dark purple background, a purple CBS eye and an orange "2" drop down from different angles, then center themselves on the screen. "WCBS-TV NEW YORK" is wiped in from both sides below.

WAFB in Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Features WAFB's logo zooming in over a helicopter shot of downtown Baton Rouge. This was used for the 6 PM news open and similar versions of this logo were used to open the other newscasts produced by this station from 1990 until 1999.

(NOTE: This ID appears twice in the reel, which is awkward.)
KDKA (1995)

KWTX in Waco, Texas

On a transparent blue background that has a cameraman, eight screens of news footage throughout Waco shoot out in all directions. In the center, "NEWSCHANNEL 10" (with the "10" being gray-colored and larger than the rest), along with "KWTX-TV WACO, TEMPLE, KILLEEN" spin into place, leaving a trail, and the logo shines.
