Logo: The orange word "CANARY" spins around, which then straightens itself. "ENTERTAINMENT CORP" forms itself one-by-one. The copyright fades in.

FX/SFX: Simple 3D animation, period.

Music/Sounds: A cheap synth chord, which is actually the last note from the Dyna Vision theme.

Availability: It can be seen on any releases of videoke (karaoke on video).
