Background: The Bohbot Kids Network (BKN) (formerly known as "Amazin' Adventures") was a syndicated animation block starting from 1989. It was created and distributed by Bohbot Entertainment, an animation production company founded by Allen J. Bohbot, and based in Germany. Most of the animated television series featured on BKN were created and or produced by Bohbot, but also featured third party programming from
DiC Entertainment and Sony Pictures Television (in the case of Extreme Ghostbusters and the second and third seasons of the Jumanji animated series). FOX, UPN, and WB Affiliates aired this animated block from 1995 to 2000 (it also aired nationally for a brief time on Sci-Fi, now Syfy). The BKN name is now used as the company's corporate name (BKN International AG), with its programming available for broadcast to various networks around the world. On January 17, 2001, Sony Pictures Family Entertainment Group acquired 3.8% in BKNI. Currently, the company status of BKN International AG is unknown.

The words shine one-by-one, and the byline "A Bohbot Communications Company" fades in below.

4th Logo
(1992-1995)
<img align="bottom" alt="Bohbot Entertainment (1995)" height="195" src="http://image.wikifoundry.com/image/1/HpR-O5dzrBY6MzVvlC5Ggg21496/GW260H195" title="Bohbot Entertainment (1995)" width="260"/><embed height="195" src="http://wikifoundrytools.com/wiki/closinglogos/page/Bohbot+Entertainment%2FKids+Network/widget/unknown/1729721829" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="245" wmode="transparent"/>

Nicknames: "The Bohbot Marquee", "Bohbot Entertainment Presents..."

Logo: We zoom out from a white movie marquee with a purple outline and large "chaser" lights around it, which is settled against a blue background. Written on it is "Bohbot Entertainment" with "PRESENTS..." below.

FX/SFX: The zoom-out and chaser lights.

Music/Sounds: A calm 5-note synth-horn fanfare. In 1994, a different horn fanfare was used, which sounds more "heroic".

Availability: Rare. It can be seen on Mighty Max, but it hardly airs on TV anymore. Survives on DVD releases of Inspector Gadget, and might be on one of the DVD sets of Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog (two of them have this edited out on all episodes). Netflix prints of AoStH have this logo intact. Sometimes, it appears at the end, like on newer prints of Inspector Gadget.

Editors Note: It's a favored logo among many people in the logo community.

5th Logo
(1994-1999)

Nickname: "BKN on Stage"

<img align="right" alt="BKN (1994)" height="195" src="http://image.wikifoundry.com/image/1/B9YpB_4lIGtNQyW1WdcDJg22510/GW260H195" title="BKN (1994)" width="260"/>Logo: On a blue curtain background, we see the words "BKN" in a bulgy, fat orange and yellow font fly in from different sides of the screen. They meet in the center and take a bow.

FX/SFX: The letters flying in and bowing.

Music/Sounds: A 5-note piano fanfare with a "bling" at the end, along with the audience applauding and an Elvis Presley impersonator saying "Thank you, thank you very much.".

Availability: This was seen on Highlander: The Animated Series and Pocket Dragon Adventures. DVD releases of said shows have this logo intact. It also appeared on the original syndicated run of Extreme Ghostbusters.

Editors Note: None.

6th Logo
(1995-2004)

Nicknames: "BKN Space Station", "Exploding BKN"

Logo: Above the planet Earth with a small moon in the top right corner is an elliptical space station with "BKN" on it in the same font as before, and outlined in yellow, blue, <img align="right" alt="Bohbot Kids Network (1999)" height="195" src="http://image.wikifoundry.com/image/1/GirAqbT21IWDfw2cX7ZZ1g45623/GW260H195" title="Bohbot Kids Network (1999)" width="260"/>and red, respectively. Little lights flash inside the letters. After a few seconds, the station explodes.

FX/SFX: The lights in the station, and the explosion.

Music/Sounds: An electronic tune that grows more dramatic, followed by an orchestral hit when the space station explodes. This was redone in later years.

Availability: Rare. It was seen on Skysurfer Strike Force, the Mega Man cartoon series, Sonic Underground, and other shows. It was also seen when Fox aired Monster Rancher in 2000. This can be found on Beakman's World on Netflix, plastering the 1992 Columbia Pictures Television logo.

Editors Note: None.

FX/SFX: The clouds, the sun, and the transformation of the background and "BKN".
