1st Print Logo
(1969-1978)

Logo: Inside two outlines (one black and the other grey), simulating a TV screen, we see the letters "TV" ("V" is grey and "T" is black) in italics with "CHILE" in black above "V" (also in italics and in a font similar to Impact).


2nd Print Logo
(1978-1984)

Logo: Same as before, but the "T", "CHILE" and the outer outline are colored blue, and the "V" and the inner outline are colored red.

Trivia: In fact, this logo was used after the introducction of the color television in Chile. The used colors represent the colors of the national flag


3rd Print Logo
(1984-1986)

Logo: Consisted on a "N" shaped ribbon, with the colors red, white and blue.

Variant:
  • Originally, since 1984, the words "Television Nacional de Chile" in Helvetica, appear under the ribbon.
  • Later in 1985 would appear the letters "TVN", which used an elongated font and are colored white.

4th Print Logo
(1986-1990)

Logo: The 1978 logo is reused, but with fewer changes, like a different shade of blue, "CHILE" with a different font, the "V" is more ticker, and the outlines are less rounded.


5th Print Logo
(March-November 1990)

Logo: The tricolored border is replaced by rainbow colored border, and "CHILE" is now white.

Trivia: The logo was used to commemorate the return of democracy in 1990, with the rainbow border reflecting the emblem of Concertacion de los Partidos por la Democracia.


6th Print Logo
(1990-1993)

Logo: The outline is removed, "CHILE" is replaced by tricolor band, and "TV" is thinner and colored white (sometimes grey).


7th Print Logo
(1993-1996)

Logo: Same as before, but "TV" is completely grey, and the tricolor band is more thicker.


8th Print Logo
(1996-2004)

Logo: An "N" is added in the logo, and the tricolor band is extended until that letter. The "T" is also composed by two parts.


9th Print Logo
(2004-2016)

Logo: We see a red square with the words "TVn" ("TV" are in capital letters, formed like a ligature and is rounded, while "n" is in a font like Segoe UI, and is enlarged to be the same size as "TV").

Variant: The logo featured different slogans:
  • 2004-2016: "C H I L E"
  • 2008-2016: "ELCANALDECHILE"
  • 2015-2016: "SE ENCIENDE" (the logo also bubbles)
  • 2016: "tv para compartir" (in other cases, "TV PARA COMPARTIR")


10th Print Logo
(2016-)

Logo: The same logo from before is used, but now all the corners of the square are rounded (except the top left one).

Variant: Like before, the logo which also use different slogans.
  • 2016-: "ELCANALDECHILE"
  • 2016-: "NOS GUSTA CHILE"
  • 2017: "El canal de todos."
