Availability: Near extinction. It has appeared on old video-cassettes of A Special Day and Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Can be found on the HBO DVD release of Pumping Iron, and the Columbia-TriStar Home Video DVD release of The Garden of the Finzi-Continis.
