Their first game released in September 2004, Rocky Legends, was a successor to the team's previous adaptation of the popular film franchise. That same month, Take-Two Interactive purchased the studio, but after the release of their final game in June 2008, Don King Presents: Prizefighter, Take-Two shuttered the studio a month later, intending to wind down it's operations in Western Europe to focus on Eastern Europe and Asia.
