A glitch on their part?

So, I'm watching Rocko's Modern Life on DVD and I fast forward through the intro just to save time. On the intro for the Power Trip episode, a LOT of Nickelodeon objects form on the screen and disappear. I'm not sure if this was intentional or not. The objects were the jack, flower, bone, crown, spoon, hat, balloon, crayon, key, and leaf. I found this really strange.Also, the logos for Rocko are kept intact. 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

Not a glitch. I was watching an episode of Rocko on Nick Canada and that happened too. I think it's just something Nickelodeon does for whatever reason, like on some Rugrats reruns where those Nickeodeon things cover the screen right after Tommy starts squirting milk at it.
