There's another logo

On the second video on this page, there's another logo. A blue circle zoomed out, followed by a red one, then a green one and positioned themselves on a yellow circle. When it is finished it almost looks like the 2D cylinder in the first logo described above, but there's a yellow circle instead of a white one. "Georgia Public Television" appeared below and it was all on a black background. There's a jazzy tune in it or an ascending trumpet fanfare with some kind of synthenized noise in it.

Good sight, but poor description. "Appeared"? "Was All"? Good logo descriptions don't use these.
