When Some logos began & Ended

The First logo lasted from October 1, 1992- June 2, 1996.
The Second logo lasted from November 22, 1996- January 3, 1997.
Could someone edit this page and add this imformation. Also on the second logo there was no still variant. I belive that was the first logo that was mentioned.
