1991 logo with 1987 theme?

What series used the 1987 theme on the 1991 logo? Normally, I hear the end title theme on the logo. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Well, I remember vaguely this logo variant on some episodes of "Werewolf" various years ago.

That's impossible! They used the 1987 logo then CPT. Do you find this valuable?
