Appearantly we were supposed to make a top ten list? I can only think of nine.9.USA Home Video - Primitive effects and weird synth does not make for a clean mix. 8. Key Video - The synth is pretty annoying. 7.SVS Inc. The silence at the end makes me think something will jump and scream out of nowhere. 6. Simitar (silver S) - The effects are horrible and the music is loud, but the movies were worse. 5.Paragon Video - Probably the worst logo ever made. The effects and orchestral score have no effort and make my day a little worse. 4/3 - Both interglobal video logos - The music is enough to drive me insane. 2. - Converge Video - I've grown to like it more these days, but the dark aptmosphere and creepy music used to make me run out of the room. 1. Medusa Communications - The music and way Medusa looks never leaves my head. It's like poision being put in my ears and eyes. 3 out of 3 found this valuable. Do you? |

I'm not really scared of any logos (although some used to bother me as a little kid), but I made a list of "creepy" logos anyway.It was tough to number them, but this is close enough. 10 - Atkinson Film Arts 9 - Cori Films 8 - Orphan 7 - Lynch/Frost Productions 6 - Starry Night Productions 5 - The ABM Group 4 - Interglobal Video 3 - Films Incorporated 2 - Weiss Global Enterprises 1 - Bryanston Pictures 4 out of 4 found this valuable. Here are my scarest logos:10. V of Doom (Not scared, just put it there.) 9. Moonlight Entetertainment (That sinth got to be annonying and scary at the same time) 8. Golden Book Home Video "Space" (The second scaryest children logo, nuged out of first place by a logo with a VERY freacky face...) 7. Klasky Csupo "Grafitti" (Cheesy anmation and bad music don't mix, but COMPARED to their next logo...) 6. Simtar Entertaiment "THE REAL S from Hell" (What the? This logo is SCARY!!!) 5. Roadshow Home Video "The Other V of Doom"(Freaky music and a dark mood make this logo a scary one) 4. Simtar Entertament "Scimtar" (That scimtar spun so close is was going to break my monitor!) 3. THX (That was LOUD and I have oversentive hearing!) 2. First two logos of Constrsin Films (Bombastic music and the trembling B&W logo don't mix, but the color made it even worse with the "shaking"!) 1. The Klaskly Cuspo SSF!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Just WHAT were they thinking when they made this logo? The face GOT to be scary, the robot voice diddn't help, this was so scary that it had me stop watching Nickoloden and it's sub networks!!! (As a side note, I still do watch Nick GAS on Dish Network, thank god that they removed the show "Rocket Power" that had the SSF on it.)) 7 out of 7 found this valuable. Do you? |

10. S from Hell: Obviously...9. One Ho Productions: It be fugly drawing of Oprah Winfrey! Run!!!! 8. WGBH: dududududududududuDDDDDAAADDDDAAAADDDDAAAAA!!! 7. The Curiosity Company: What the hell IS that in the water? Also, sometimes is distorted sound effect... 6. V of Doom: Ahhh! Giant freakin' styilized V rushin' at me from nowhere!!! 5. Big Ape Productions: A Giant Blue, Red-Eyed Ape comin straight from nowhere with the grunt with the close up on the eyes and whatnot... (BTW, somebody do a page on that plz-k) 4. VID TV: Were they on drugs?? A giant ball on a trampoline transforming into a grotesque mask??? Who'da thunk it? 3. Reniassance: Gregorian Monks and the ripped Mona Lisa really set the mood... (The thunder helps, too). 2. View Askew: A startling reminder why clowns are creepy. And Finally, 1. drumroll plz....... Gracie Films!!!!!!! (shriek!!!!) The shush lady, da creepy music, an appropriate scream on halloween episodes, never knowing what could be different in a Simpsons episode... plus... there was a... (shudder)... VISUAL CHANGE in one episode!! (forgot what it was, however). 3 out of 3 found this valuable. Do you? |

10. Key Video: Some find it quite scary...9. UAV (1991): The music is way too loud... 8. Viacom (1976) & Screen Gems (1965): Also known as the "V of Doom" and "S from Hell" that scared young kids during the 60's and 70's... 7. Genesis Entertainment: The music, and the icy G can be scary! 6. Simitar (1986): The animation is really bad, the huge, silver, boxy S is scary, and the music is too loud, so that makes this logo an extremely scary one. 5. Renaissance Pictures: The scary music, the Mona Lisa being torn apart, and the thunder scared me the first time I saw it. 4. WGE (1978): The cool, but loud scary music and the darkness can be very creepy! 3. Golden Book Video-Closing logo (1985): Man, the dark theme, scary animation, combined with the scary music is just too scary! This is the second-scariest of all the children's logos! EVER!! 2. VID TV (1990): The loud scary music, zooming circles, and the worst of all: the infamous, evil-looking mask have scared many people, mostly those in Russia. And Finally, 1. Drumroll please....... Connecticut Public Television (1993)!!!!!: The scary CGI animation, creepy music, freaky text, and the worst of all: THE EXPLOSION made it not only the scariest children's logos, but the scariest...logo...EVER!!!!!!!!!!
