Gladiator42	Top 10 scariest logos poll Jul 13 2008, 10:40 AM EDT Today, I am going to run a poll to find out which is the scariest logo of all time. The poll will close in 3 weeks time, so I want to see if you have anything that scares the heck outta you (by making your top 10 list). When the deadline happens which will be Sunday 3rd of August, I will count the votes up in what position they're in e.g. 1st gets 10 points, 2nd gets 9 and so on. So what are you waiting for? How much marijuana did they smoke before they thought that the freakin' Mona Lisa tearing itself in half with lightning bolts and shit-scary chanting in the background was a good idea for a logo that came on after fucking XENA of all things? RE: Top 10 scariest logos poll Jul 14 2008, 12:18 AM EDT I am not scared of any logos anymore, but I used to hate these logos: Bedford Falls Company, for the weird ass music and the haunted looking picture, and Klasky-Csupo's Robot logo- do I even need to describe that one? Worldvision Home Video: Used to scare me for its sudden appearence and the high volume of the "WHOOOSH!" 9. Twisted Pictures: God, how creepy it was... 8. Barnholtz Entertainment: The logo is very creepy ad cheap for being 2000's 7. Allied Artists Pictures: Boy, I didn't expected that loud music 6. Vijayashree Pictures (1978): The Animation is very bad, the film quality (sourced from DVD) is poor, and the music is a sitar-made mysterious jingle, so that mades this logo a scary one. 5. Gorgon Video: Always reminded me to "Faces of Death". Freaky as hell. 4. Bimal Roy Productions: I don't like the tower and those birds 3. Cherry Sunday: The voiceover is creepy and that monster freaked me out! 2. Mario A. Zacarias/Nacional Cinematográfica: Man, that statue and the music was very bizarre!! 1. UAV (1991): The music is way too loud... 8. : Viacom (1976) & Screen Gems (1965): Also known as the "V of Doom" and "S from Hell" that scared young kids during the 60's and 70's... 7. Genesis Entertainment: The music, and the icy G can be scary! 6. Simitar (1986): The animation is very bad, the huge, silver S is too boxy, and the music is too loud, so that mades this logo an extremely scary one. 5. Renaissance Pictures: The scary music, the Mona Lisa being torn apart that zooms in, and the thunder kinda scared me the first time I saw it. 4. Connecticut Public Television logos 1-3: Those three logos are pretty scary, mainly because of the music, and the dark background. 3. WGE (1978): The cool, but loud scary music and the darkness can be very creepy! 2. Golden Book Video-Closing logo (1985): Man, the dark theme, scary animation, combined with the scary music is just too scary! This may be one of the scariest of all the children's logos! EVER! 1. VID TV (1990): The loud scary music, zooming circles, and the worst of all: the infamous, evil-looking mask have scared many people, mostly those in Russia. Scariest...logo...EVER!!! PBS Glass P-Heads - The glass P-Head comes out of NOWHERE after the funding credits. 8. CNN ID used from 1994-2000 - I'm probably the only one here who remembers it/has seen it (anyone who wants to see it can find it on the "CNN Millennium 2000" VHS). The whole thing has a very dark vibe to it. 7. View Askew 1994 - It was only used on "Clerks". The logo has a PEDOPHILE CLOWN. That oughta be enough to get this on the list. 6. The V of Doom - You KNOW why this is here. 5. MTM - Everything's very quiet until Mimsie meows. It's actually quite ominous. 4. Mozark Productions 1990 - Listen to that music and tell me it doesn't sound creepy. 3. Vin Di Bona - Again, the music got it on the list. 2. Klasky-Csupo Robot - You need drugs to understand this.
