TWC really needs a full-fledged TV division. Right now, they produce 1 show (Project Runway). Perhaps they could acquire Carsey-Werner Productions? 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

If they got their hands on C-W, they'd be in the cash bucket there. They'd make a crapload of money from syndie reruns of The Cosby Show, Roseanne and That 70's Show. Do you find this valuable?

Not to mention they would start production on more new series, and after expiration of current deals, gain DVD rights to C-W's shows Do you find this valuable?
