It's not. The box says 1992. My friend has the paintbrush logo on Pizza by the Shread, which came out in 1991!

Both of you, amndweek and grf450, you're wrong. It's not 1991, 1992 nor 1993. It's 1990 because Here Comes Peter Cottontail has the Paintbrush.
