My understanding is that this is from 1990, so it's technically out of the 80s entirely. Do you find this valuable?

No. The F/X looks and the synth fanfare sounds 80's. Maybe you're deaf? 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

I too would've assumed this to be much older, but I'm basing my information on that posted elsewhere online. Sadly I can no longer find the link, and nobody else seems to know for sure when this was introduced.
