I think he's Orson Welles as well. In fact, he and the founder of Rainbow worked together on one film, acording to Wikipedia and imdb.However, I have to agree with Silversword: with Chuck Norris the logo would be really, really scary!!! Do you find this valuable? |

That's Orson Welles,however Orson died in 85';so this video of him must have been filmed in the 70s or early 80s.
