A glitch on their part?
So, I'm watching Rocko's Modern Life on DVD and I fast forward through the intro just to save time. On the intro for the Power Trip episode, a LOT of Nickelodeon objects form on the screen and disappear. I'm not sure if this was intentional or not. The objects were the jack, flower, bone, crown, spoon, hat, balloon, crayon, key, and leaf. I found this really strange.
Also, the logos for Rocko are kept intact.

One specific example
I found this logo on The Best of The Best of the Electric Company. That is the correct title, I didn't mispell it.
