Screen Gems 1960-63
I do beleieve that the voice of Screen Gems was that of Hal Gibney, who was an NBC radio announcer who was best known for working on the radio-tv versions of Dragnet. There's also a variant on Naked City in all of season 2 and early season 3 where it went like this: "This has been a Screen Gems film presentation from Columbia Pictures, produced by Herbert B. Leonard". Then he would become that show's executive producer.
