Background: Zuxxez is a Germany-based game publisher, which became relatively known in early 2000's, when they acquired the development team and the interactive rights of folded Topware Interactive. In April 2005, Zuxxez decided to refresh Topware's name in America.
1st (possibly only) Logo

Logo: We see a small metal ball jumping and rolling down through some constructions, inclined planes and chutes. Finally the ball stops near the logo reading "ZUXXEZ ENTERTAINMENT AG", and becomes a head of a bow-holding man. The logo changes to black and white.
FX/SFX: Ball's movement.
Music/Sounds: Ball's clapping when it falls, then an ascending synth.
Availability: Rare, appears on Two Worlds, Heli Heroes, Earth 2150 and Earth 2160.
